Centrifuge
Industry Centrifuge is a kind of centrifugal separation
machine widely used in industrial production process to separate suspension. Such
as in the process of oil drilling, the centrifuge is used in the solid control
system of drilling fluid to separate the solid and liquid of drilling fluid,
remove harmful solid particles such as cuttings in mud, or recycling barite and
other valuable weighting materials, in order to save the mud costs. Except for
oil drilling industry, the horizontal screw centrifuge can be used in
separation of industrial chemicals, mineral extraction, Sewage and sludge
treatment, alcohol extraction, food waste treatment, food separation (edible
oil, soy, protein), separation of industrial hemp, coal chemical field and so
on.
The structure of centrifuge is horizontal. The driving
mode can be motor and hydraulic, it can be controlled by fixed frequency and
variable frequency. The centrifuge controlled by frequency conversion can
realize wide range stepless speed change conveniently, in addition, it can
display the working parameters such as speed, torque, working current and
vibration value, etc. It has the advantages of automatic, continuous operation,
wide application range, compact structure and large production capacity. The
conventional series models of centrifuges are 250, 350, 450, 550, 650, 750,
etc. There are two-phase (solid-liquid, liquid-solid) separation centrifuge,
three-phase (liquid-liquid-solid, solid-solid-liquid) separation centrifuge.
The main parameters of the equipment are drum diameter, drum length, rated
speed, drum separation factor, differential speed, processing capacity, main
engine power and auxiliary power。
The advantages of horizontal centrifuge are stable
structure and easy operation. And the application of centrifuge products will
have obvious benefits on environmental protection (such as sewage treatment,
sludge treatment), energy saving (petroleum and chemical industry), waste
recycling (kitchen waste treatment, oil-based mud and waste oil recycling)

The main motor and
auxiliary motor rotate at high speed according to the set speed, a large
centrifugal force is produced on the inner wall of the drum. Under the action
of strong centrifugal force, the mixture with different density will be
gradually stratified, the material with high density will be in the bottom
layer, the material with smaller density will be in the upper layer. The greater
the centrifugal force, the more obvious the stratification. After driving
through the differential, there is a relative speed difference between the drum
and the screw pusher, through this speed difference, the screw pusher pushes
the bottom material with high density to the outlet of the cone end of the drum
for discharge. When the liquid layer depth of the upper material with smaller
density is higher than the depth of the overflow end, the liquid phase will
overflow automatically. The above process can achieve the purpose of
solid-liquid separation. This process is a physical method and will not destroy
the original physical performance.
